The project consisted of the demolition of two existing bungalows and the new build of four, 3-bedroom houses over three floors.
Built in a traditional manner with strip foundations, part brick facework and part rendered façade with a concrete roof tile on timber roof trusses.
The accommodation consists of three beds, one with en-suite, a study, family bathroom, kitchen diner and large lounge. The properties were finished to a high standard with a quality German kitchen and included timber laminate floors at ground level with carpets to the upper floors.
