The refurbishment of 28 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, plus three bathroom refurbishments to the main luxury suites in the hotel.
The works consisted of removing all the finishes back to the structure, forming new fire compartmentation between the rooms and the adjacent corridors, levelling up the existing floors, constructing walk in showers and installing high spec sanitary-ware. New ‘warm’ lighting, air conditioning, high speed wi-fi and decorations and soft furnishings were installed throughout thus enhancing the luxury environment within the hotel.
All these works were carried out in a fully operational hotel which involved good communication and planning with management to suit the ever-changing daily environment of the hotel’s operations.
