The demolition of a farm house to allow for the construction of a luxury three storey stone cavity wall residence including a detached triple garage with offices and shower room. A car port and tennis court were also included. Reinforced concrete retaining walls form the semi-basement lower level housing the plant room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium with folding doors opening onto the rear landscaped gardens and providing views to the South Downs. The upper floors are of cavity construction with load bearing walls and some steelwork.
