This project involved internal and external refur-bishment of two floors to enable the client to re-rent the floors to new tenants.

Internally the works included complete new Me-chanical & Electrical Installation; new partitions, raised floors; new ceilings and carpet; new W.C’s and shower facilities and redecoration throughout.

Externally repairs and refurbishment to natural slate roofs, original sash windows, render, crack repair with Helibar system, and full external redecoration.
