New kitchens included height adjustable worktops, whilst bed-room ceilings were strengthened to allow the fitting of a hoist in each bedroom.

Mechanical and electrical installations were replaced through-out the properties and included a contractor designed fire alarm and nurse call.

Externally, insulated outbuildings were provided for wheelchair charging. Paving’s and bike storage were improved making the building and gardens fully accessible.
