Design & Build of 4 Houses, Crawfurd Way, East Grinstead

Demolition of existing derelict garages followed by the construction of 4 new 3-bed houses. The houses were of timber framed construction with a traditional brickwork outer skin.

Each house was heavily insulated and incorporated energy saving features in the design in order to achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Solar panels installed on the roofs of the properties provided hot water for each house and assisted in achieving code.
