Our wide range of experience includes a Lottery funded project within a Grade II listed Park; A Michelin Star dining room extension to a grade I listed hotel; the construction of a gym with a ball court, dance studio, weights room and restaurant; the alteration of a Regency building to provide a ‘boutique’ hotel; and the refurbishment of an empty space at an arts facility, creating a bespoke rehearsal and performance area. Particularly testing projects include the installation of air-conditioning to a 200-bedroom hotel in multiple phases, enabling business to carry on as usual during the works.
